Why we pack fasteners this way

We built Hapric to serve the daily maintenance and use of household appliances. A dishwasher panel, an oven handle, a chair rail: the repair is never hard, the missing screw is. So we started with the storage case and worked backwards: thick fixed dividers, a label on every compartment and on the lid, the hex key inside, and the threads cut to the metric standard so nothing from our case fights anything from yours.

Our business today covers fasteners and pipe fittings: metric screw and bolt kits, set screws in stainless and alloy, threaded inserts for wood and plastic, dowel pins, screw eyes, Chicago screws, and the magnet sets that found their way into the same drawer. We hold to one principle, maximizing customer interests and creating permanent quality, and we read it as a packing instruction: control the detail, understand what the repair needs, and keep improving the kit.
