Who ships

Every Hapric kit is sold and dispatched through the partner store. Delivery options, costs, dates and tracking are shown there at checkout and on your order page afterwards.

How we pack

Kits leave in their fixed-divider cases with the lid latched and the contents sealed by size where the kit uses bags. The case is the shipping protection; if one arrives cracked, the partner store replaces it from your order page.

Where to look for a parcel

Tracking lives on the partner store order page, not here. We do not hold order records and cannot look a shipment up for you.
