If a compartment is short

Count against the lid

Every Hapric case prints the size and count of each compartment on the lid. If a slot is short, a part is wrong, or the case arrived damaged, take a photo of the lid and the compartment.

Where to send it

Open the order page on the partner store you bought from and request a replacement or return there. They hold the order record and settle it under their return window; we do not process returns from this site.

Changing your mind

Unopened kits return under the partner store's standard window. Opened kits with the seal bags cut are usually accepted only for defects; check the store's policy on the order page.
